The Frame
The SE-33 Special Edition Series unveils a pinnacle in high modulus carbon frame construction. Crafted as a single, seamless entity, this frame eschews joints, welds, and glues for a 100% monocoque design through Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM), making it one of the globe’s most featherlight Disc Brake Road frames. The medium size 55, featuring a 548mm Top Tube, astoundingly weighs in at just 750 grams, with the fork tipping the scales at a mere 290 grams for a 300mm steerer.
The RTM process stands as the gold standard for minimizing imperfections within the composite structure. This technique involves the high-pressure injection of resin between rigid external and internal moulds, effectively expelling air pockets and eradicating voids between layers. This ensures that the resin flows exclusively within the confines of the meticulously designed moulds, taking on only the intended shapes. As a result, RTM-produced frames boast extremely high-tolerance levels, uniformity, and consistency, delivering a near-finished product of exquisite quality.

Colour Scheme
There are two completed framesets both Size 55 (SE-01|33) is a variegated pure copper metal leaf which has been heat or chemically treated to create the beautiful colour patterns. Taking over several days to complete, an epoxy clear coat is applied to seal in and protect the copper and carbon.
SE-02/33 is a Red pinstripe and lettering. For the balance of the frames i.e. SE-03|33 to SE-33|33 other options include Pure Burnished Copper, Gold Leaf and most auto colours. Please note choosing yellow will be extra due to the need for an undercoat first.

How to order
A $1,000 deposit is required to initiate the first stage of the build process. Following payment, we will be in touch within the following three (3) business days to discuss what path your TESCHNER journey will take.
The process between you and TESCHNER is a collaborative one. We will send you various forms to gather information about sizing, strengths, riding experience, intended use, current bike (what you like and not like), and amongst other things any physical limitations etc. We find the most challenging process to be colour selection, so we suggest you start once the order is finalised. We will be more than happy to send you a colour sample selection. You can also select an SE Number from 1 – 33. However, we will advise if this number has been reserved.
The “start from price” of your SE33 will ultimately depend on a range of factors determined by your component specification. In some cases, you may wish to adjust the Groupset e.g. SRAM Red eTap for Force eTap or the value level of the components and wheelset. The same selection option is available with Shimano Ultegra Di2 or Campagnolo Super Record EPS.
The delivery time will commence from the date of the finalisation of your order. Generally, our payment structure is:
- Deposit $1000
- 1/3 of final price less deposit on completion of order
- 1/3 of final price on completion of painting of bike
- Balance prior to delivery
